Crafting a Seza

We do not rush perfection.

The exquisite and intricate nature of every Seza masterpiece requires absolute passion and our artisans spare no expense nor constraint in sculpting eloquence. It is thus that every Seza is handmade, hand polished, hand packed and packaged by our artisans and curators ensuring no minute detail is unaccounted for. We do not create products, we forbade the use of the word. We adorn the body with eloquence and poetry, crafting ambiance and atmosphere into our creations for you to be immersed in. All Seza pieces are made to your order and takes on average 6-10 weeks to craft and roughly 2 weeks to deliver within this global climate.

Due to our creations being made to order, we hold no stock to encourage minimal waste in our atelier.

Payment

All online payments on seza.co.nz are processed via online credit card payment, PayPal or bank transfer; all secure payment gateways.

Shipping and Handling

You will be contacted on dispatch of your order to let you know once your item is finished being made and is on your way to you. You will be provided with a tracking number which you can check at www.courierpost.co.nz. or www.nzpost.co.nz depending on whether you are domestic or international.

Please note - shipping time does not include production time.

Duties and Taxes

Occasionally, dependant on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Sizing

Seza is not responsible for any incorrect self-measured sizing. Please always double check the sizing chart prior to ordering. If you are unsure about which size to order please contact inquire@seza.co.nz for assistance prior to purchasing.

Faults & Repairs

All Seza creations are handmade and therefore minor variations exist between pieces. Due to the sophisticated and highly detailed nature of our designs, we do not offer repairs on any Seza piece. Our creations are curated forms of art that must be treated with utmost care and attention. Purchasing a Seza piece consents you agreeing to these terms however if there is a design flaw, our curators and artisans will verify the nature of the issue on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a replacement is feasible.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing fault with the jewellery piece, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and attempt to rectify the issue. 

Any damage to the jewellery outside a manufacturing fault will not be available for returns or exchange. This includes but is not limited to:

• Misuse of pieces (re: care instructions)

• Repairs done by any other person(s)/company

• General wear and tear

• Malicious or negligent usage of the piece

All return items must appear new and unused, in their original condition and carefully and securely wrapped in their original packaging. If you do not return the product following this process, your exchange may be refused or delayed.

Seza is not responsible for any return shipping costs. 

Returns Policy

At Seza, our creations are made to order upon your request. Therefore, any goods sold are non-refundable due to the personal specifications they are crafted for. As a result of this, exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Resellers

Seza Design Ltd is the only authorised manufacturer and seller of Seza branded designs. Any unauthorised 3rd party sellers (public and/or private) are not permitted to distribute or sell Seza Design Ltd products without the express written consent of the Director and witnesses. This is in direct violation of our brand policy of exclusivity and tailor-made design.

Any information provided by you is fully protected. We at Seza are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information with anyone. We may use your basic contact information to let you about new creations and our projects. If you wish not to receive such communications, you may choose unsubscribe in our newsletter emails.
